Projects (Engineering, Construction, Installation and Commissioning of Offshore Platforms); Oil Production from Offshore fields.
Client Representative for the QA/QC function at EPC Project location
-Monitoring, review and supervision of Contractor QA/QC activities
-Audit of Contractors, subcontractors and vendors, including pre-qualifications.
-Review and approval of key QA/QC personnel of Contractors.
-Review and approval of key QA/QC deliverables such as Project Quality Plan, ITPS and QA/QC Procedures for Fabrication, Installation and Testing.
-Review / approval of Project Deliverable received from Contractors and Vendors
-Project and Quality Risk Management
-Project Document Management and Lessons Learnt.
-Head of QA and QC Departments.
-Report to Management on QA/QC/ Quality System Performance.
-Identify and implement continual improvement opportunities thru Lessons Learnt, NCR analysis and Client Feedback.
-Provide QA/ QC/ Document Control support to projects; preparation/ review of Quality Plans, ITPs etc. Recent projects include:
Construction of Sewage Treatment plants at Wathba and Saad.
Construction of District Cooling Plants in Sowwah Island, ADNEC developments.
Oil & Gas Construction: Habshan 5 (GASCO/ Tecnimont).
-Provide Training to staff on Quality/ Environmental Mgt. Systems and to new employees on company systems & procedures.
-Plan, conduct and report Quality and Environmental Audits.
-Liaison with external Certification Bodies and Environmental Authorities.
-Establish systems and procedures other companies in the Group.
Maintenance and improvement of Certified Quality System.
Development of Environmental and Safety Management Systems
Conduct of Internal Audits and Training

Responsible for the Third Party Certification of Clients in Qiality / Environmental / Safety / Information security Management Systems.

Conduct Third Party Certification and Surveillance Audits on behalf of the Certification Body, TUV-CERT, Germany.

Responsible for management of the Mgt. Services Division, which has 10 Consultants / Auditors.
The M.S. Division is primarily responsible for providing consultancy and training services to client organizations to prepare them for ISO 9000 certification. The fields also include ISO 14000, HACCP.
Managing and organizing certification / surveillance audits on behalf of the certification body TUV-CERT, Germany.
Development of new training courses in quality management / quality improvement etc. specific to client needs.
Developed and implemented ISO 9000 quality system in the company. Prepared quality manual, procedures and work instructions for the company in line with ISO 9000 requirements.
Inspection, testing and quality control of control valves, level instruments, and accessories.
