Performs professional and technical work involving the efficient design of interiors to encourage maximum space utilization.
is responsible for planning, designing, and drafting detailed specifications for creating a pleasing and functional interior environment. Work may also be performed in collaboration with an architect or other designer. Duties include consulting with individuals responsible for the space to be designed regarding decisions on space planning, color and fabric selections for wall, floor, and window coverings, paint colors, and furniture, shelving, and cabinet selections. Proposals for design work are prepared with regard to budgetary restrictions and customer or user expectations. Work is performed with considerable independence.
Executes set-up of window and interior display of fresh, artificial and forest arrangement.
Recommends ideas, concepts on fresh/artificial arrangement to vm manager.
Ensures the materials used in set-up arrangement complement each other.
Prepares a list of component of material and job order done for costing and coding.
Suggest new ideas and design to his/her superior.
Returns props and other display materials to the warehouse after its use.
Assume responsibilities for keeping one work are clean.
Adheres to the rules and regulation of the store/location where he maybe assigned.
Performs other duties that may be assigned to the position.
Works with city engineer and regional planners
Schedule and monitor program activity in project site.
Evaluates project performance of functional area.
Performs administrative job such as ducumentation and follow-up.
