Bakery, 3 DCDP Pastry, and 1 Commis 2 Bakery to handle production for Pastry & Bakery and
doing the service for A la carte and Cake shop.
Now, our restaurant opening new restaurant and I am also one of the preopening team, specially
to do the pastry area.
