Four Bintan.
Four point bintan is a new resort hotel located in Indonesia. As leader for
preopening team, I must do all thing start from create menu until give training for new staff to keep
the food quality always under control and still following the standart that Marriott already trained
to us.

Reif Japanese Kushiyaki by Celebrity Chef Reif Othman is a Unconventional Japanese Street food
Restaurant with high end volume and busy restaurant. We just get award No. 16 as a Best 50
Restaurant Middle East North Africas 2022 (Mena). The dishes has a influence with Japanese
Cuisine fushion. We are also sub our dessert to some of restaurant that our Chef being consultant
of that restaurant. Im working with 4 people including 1 Group Pastry Chef, 1 Senior CDP Pastry
Bakery, 3 DCDP Pastry, and 1 Commis 2 Bakery to handle production for Pastry & Bakery and
doing the service for A la carte and Cake shop.
Now, our restaurant opening new restaurant and I am also one of the preopening team, specially
to do the pastry area.
