Current Responsibilities: ❖ Deliver a safe, reliable, world class and customer focused car park environment.
❖ Monitor and maintain car park operational status and ensure the safety and comfort of customer's movement within the car park premises.
❖ Enforce revenue protection strategy and system by-laws; handle lost property.
❖ Meet and greet customers and provide a highly visible and proactive level of customer service.
❖ Provide car park and park-and-ride information, train services information, parking rules and regulations and respond to passenger inquiries.
❖ Provide support and assistance to customers in particular those with special accessibility needs.
❖ Report to Car Park Controller any car park faults, incidents and issues affecting the service.
❖ Comply fully with relevant procedures and work instructions.
❖ Prepare daily vehicle reports and report any parking violations to the Car Park Controller
❖ Enforce safety procedures and instructions and ensure the safety of customers and other employees of the railway.
❖ Attending and resolving complaints from passengers.
❖ Perform extra duties as allocated by my superior when required.
