• HR Budget Development & Control:
o Prepare & consolidate the annual workforce budget in advance (using ZBB technique)
o Forecast HR budget obligations in advance based on manpower needs
o Design professional budget slides for senior management to approve of strategically con-structed budget
o Transcribe budget on the Department of Finance (DoF) template for government reporting (Chapter 1)
o Monitor budget performance on a monthly basis & perform variance analysis to highlight any probability of exceeding approved budget
o Responds to departments on any queries regarding the workforce budget process/ submis-sions/ changes.
• Organizational Development, Performance & Training:
o Prepare organizational charts at functional & departmental levels using MS Visio
o Connect with Directors & department heads to understand the departmental functions & re-sources
o Formulate & implement manpower plan for effective utilization of existing manpower re-sources
o Develop & implement strategies to ensure organization has the required skills & resources to meet business needs
o Improve processes & policies in support of organizational goals
o Conduct job analysis (Hays’ method) & create job descriptions based on business analysis
o Review and analyze data and prepares detailed breakdown for Management’s Information
o Create dynamic & robust HR & training dashboards on various KPIs, employee & position statistics
o Support the performance management team on software UAT and meet appraisal KPIs
• Recruitment & Operations:
o Update recruitment team on newly formed or modified vacancies on a up-to-date basis
o Create trackers for easy reporting of vacancies & statuses
o Coordinate with recruitment & ER team in their daily tasks
o Maintain employee records & update ER team of any changes in the organization
o Reviews nationalization statistics and prepares reports/statistics detailing areas of weaknesses; recommends to superiors measures for implementing policy on nationalization
