Duties and Responsibilities:
Determine and develop construction method statement for the activity based on specifications of the project, relevant quality standards in accordance of QCS 2014.
Collaborate with the construction team to ensure that actual construction implementation is in compliance with the approved design provided at site, material used are approved and meet the quality standards; and approved construction method statement provided by the Consultant.
Responsible in the quality and workmanship of every activities, thorough knowledge of all phases of engineering construction relating to Civil, Structural and Architectural discipline interfacing the multidisciplinary operations.
Achieve the quality of construction required in the drawings and specifications for all works under the contract performed ON or OFF site.
Carry out inspection and checking for all quality related procedures in the site.
Supervision and Inspection of Civil and Structural works includes; site installation, reinforcing steel & structural concrete, waterproofing and backfill, footings, column, girder, beams, walls slab and roof deck.
Supervision and Inspection Architectural works include (masonry, tile & granite, painting,
finishes- walls, false ceiling, dry walls, doors, windows and stone paving) based on Inspection and Test Plan, Checklist, Method Statement and Works Procedures.
Monitoring the quality of work against the contract specification and drawings.
Recording defects and ensuring rectification is carried out in accordance with agreed procedures.
Keep and maintain all QA/QC documents of the entire project including certificates, calibration, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports and site instruction/observations, permanent materials delivered and other QA/QC documents.
Responsible for closure of Non-conformance (NCR) and Site Instruction (SI).
Obtain and collaborate for the construction materials and send to approved third party laboratory for testing as per Project Specification Requirements, Qatar Construction Standards (QCS), ASTM, BS and other relevant standards.
Review Material submitted by Subcontractor or Supplier as per Project Specification prior to submission to Consultant.
Prepare comparison and compliance statement for the material as per project specification and relevant standards for consultant’s approval.
Coordinate with subcontractor/supplier for the quotation inquiry as per approved design drawing, technical specifications and variations of design.
Review Subcontractor or Supplier Company Profile / Prequalification as per Project Specification prior to submission to Consultant.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Monitors the construction contractor’s quality-assurance/quality-control (QA/QC) programs, procedures, and related-quality activities.
Monitors and perform quality control functions at the site.
Ensures that the production processes comply with the requirements of the Customer or Consultant and the Company Integrated Management System (IMS).
Prepares quality plans, inspection and test plans and approved material lists for each project undertaken.
Performs inspections and tests as detailed in PQP, Procedures and Work instructions, and ensures correct reporting.
Monitors and implements the QMS in relation to his function and site operations.
Ensure that PQP, MS, QCP & ITP are submitted by all subcontractors and are aligned with CONTRACO PQP.
Participates in the development of quality control reports and procedures as requested by the Construction QA/QC Manager.
Raises NCR’s and PAR’s as necessary to highlight deficiencies.
Follows up on actions needed to close out NCR’s and PAR’s.
Participates in audits with Corporate QHSE Manager as required.
Checks and reviews the plans and specifications for the proper construction and quality implementation at job site, perform pre-inspection to ensure that all installed materials are within the standard in conformance to applicable drawings and specs.
Interprets design plans and specifications to verify the work installed and performed in accordance with the contract documents.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Monitoring, Supervision and Inspection of soil excavation and earthworks, reinforcement, formworks, concrete works, block work, structural steel works and roofing, road and paving, tank pads and bunds, and well pit, right of way and other activities related with civil and building works in accordance with the approved drawings and specifications.
Responsible for Quality control inspections at site for all civil works
Supervision and Carry out Inspection of the following: Well site preparation as per TP Standard Drawing, Preparation of Well Site Access Roads, Construction of Well Cellars, Construction of Oil Sumps, Excavation of Road Crossing for Pipelines, Cables and Subsequent Reinstatement, Excavation of Trenches for Pipelines, Cables and Subsequent Reinstatement, Construction of Pipe supports and anchors, Fabrication and installation of Structural Steel Works for platforms, instrument support and walkway, Removal and rerouting of security fencing and fabrication of gates around existing installation and Fabrication and installation of removable fences around oil well pumping area

Implementation of the Project Quality Assurance Program for the project
Take control for all quality measures and procedures of construction methodology of work in project site
Providing Quality Control site inspection report
Ensuring that inspection requests are implemented.
Ensuring that all test reports are verified to meet the contract requirements.
Ensuring all materials delivered to site are inspected and conform to specified requirements.
Issue and administer NCR & CAR as necessary including follow up.
Inspection of all construction activities at job site if conformed to quality and procedure prior submitting any inspection request to avoid rejection during consultant inspection.
Inspection during casting of concrete i.e. ready mixed concrete slump cone test, temperature test, delivery notes if conformed to specification, sample cubes, concrete application to structure if conformed to quality standard and procedure, and prepares field record of concreting for approval by consultant
Monitor all daily civil activities of project site if conformed to quality standard and procedure prior to any installation of structural and architectural material’s i.e. PCC of footing or any structure (compaction test of sub base / road base, anti-termites, laying of 1000 gauge polythene sheet, casting and water proofing), RCC of any structure (approved bar bending schedule of steel reinforcement, approved checklist of any structure by consultant and approved request for inspection by consultant and authorities TECOM if needed), for architectural material’s (approved shop drawing, approved method of application, approved sample material by client and consultant and approved mock - up if any by consultant and client)
Preparing the monthly and weekly QA/QC report

Duties and Responsibilities:
Monitoring, Construction Supervision and Inspection of all concrete works such as Compressor foundations, Various tanks, equipment’s and vessel foundations, Pipe rack foundations, Pre-cast concrete columns and beams and all related Building concrete works including all Architectural finishing works. Concrete and Materials testing for approval of design mix in conformity to project requirements. Fabrication and Erection of Pre-cast Columns, beams and Steel structures to Pipe Rack area as well as erection of steel structure Pre-Engineered Buildings. Excavation of underground utilities, Fireproofing to Steel structures and manage to coordinates the works between Civil, Buildings, Structural, Piping, Mechanical and Electrical disciplines.
To supervise and monitor construction activities are in accordance with approved project requirements and specifications.
Ensuring that the installations are executed in line with International Standards and Specifications.
Liaise with the EPC Contractor in all matters about construction work at all locations.
Monitor and contribute to the timely implementation of the construction elements of the EPC Contractor scope for the project.
Identify any delays and any issues that may adversely affect the schedule, discuss with the Contactor and report/recommend solutions.
Conduct inspection of activities of construction and testing works at site as required by Inspection Test Plan to verify product conformity and full compliance with engineering drawings, project specifications and project contract documents.

Taking part in the definition of the corrective actions and ensuring the correct
implementation of the resolution of any non-conformity.
Verify and monitor all drawings used by contractor at construction phase are all updated.
Enforce and implement the company Incident Injury Free policy.
Adopting, monitoring, implementation safety and environmental awareness issues at the stage of the project.
Verify and check daily the Total Safety and Task Instruction policy at site prior and during commencement of work in every activity.
Maintain a high level of focus on assurance issues including Health, Safety, Security, Environmental and Quality Issues.
Show leadership in Health, Safety, Security and Environmental matters by initiating safety inspections of the work site and the safety assessment of the planned and ongoing activities.
Review material certification for project material to ensure it meets project specifications and check that it corresponds to actual material supplied as per The Material Approval Request.
Review Construction Project Method Statement, Procedures, and Quality Plan to ensure it meets project specifications and project requirements.
Follow up with contractors work to ensure the progress schedule will be implemented with the given time frame and to check the quality of work shall always be implemented.
Carry out progressive partial turnover punch list items to ensure that the works are completed to the fullest extent possible prior to acceptance.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Monitoring and administering the QA/QC Plan or Programmed and ensuring incorporated materials on construction projects comply with the plans and specifications.
Assuring that the work is performed as required by the contract and meets or exceeds the required qualities.
Assuring the acceptable quality of materials, processes, and workmanship in the project work.
Assisting Quality Assurance and Quality Control Engineer such as steel reinforcement checking same as in construction drawing.
