Reduced operational cost by $800K in the first 4 months of assignment and subsequently $1.8M in service and maintenance fees to lead vendor, $1.5M in licensing costs, $300K in SLAs, and more.

Reporting to the Dean of the Academy, responsible for developing & executing the technology strategy for the QESA department (Quality, Education and Social Affairs). Led the implementation for the e-Learning infrastructure, the development and management of Digital Content, the integration with backend systems and managed the IT budget for QESA. Actively involved in Sport Psychology research and on the Destination ASPIRE project in converting ASPIRE Dome into a global visitor destination.

● Established and led the e-Learning strategy for the academy. Managed large cost reductions in the project implementation by utilising leading global solutions: $15K annual subscription versus $300K originally estimated. Optimised teacher/student adoption & satisfaction through project evaluation and improvement plans. Managed the development of digital content via a lead vendor in Singapore.
● Gathered, analysed, processed and represented QESA business requirements at ASPIRE AIMS (ASPIRE Information Management System) project. Developed interim business process solutions by converting manual and spreadsheet management processes into database driven processes.
● Integrated content delivery via smart devices: Active Board, Virtual classrooms, Interactive screens.
● Involved in Sport Psychology research projects in evaluating, deploying and constantly improving its infrastructure such as the Sport Psychology Athlete Testing infrastructure, Mobile Eye, Goalkeeper virtual training project, audio distracters, racing simulations.

● Established and further developed the Complaint Management System for the NSW Railway Services that gradually expanded from the NSW Metropolitan area, to Country and Freight lines for the period 1997 to 2003 and assisted its industrialisation in 2004, 2005.
● Provided system, data and security assessment for the Westmead Hospital Patient Management System and enhanced its system availability, data integrity and security.
● I designed and implemented the first HTML reports from an MS-ACCESS 95 Database 1.5 years before Microsoft includes this functionality in an upcoming release of their product.
