ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Fabrication, design, assembling and installation of entire range of refrigeration kitchen equipment; under counter chillers, freezers, display units, salad bars etc.
•Installation and maintenance of walk in chiller and freezer rooms.
•Fabrication of customised gas cooking equipment such as grills, gas stoves including their entire maintenance.
•fabrication and installation of electrical water heating devices, bane marries, hot air cabinets and hot water wells
•Installation, service and maintenance of air conditioning systems.
•Electrical installations for water pumps, lighting systems and customised control circuits.
•Installation, repair and maintenance of air conditioning, heating and ventilation equipment
•Entire trouble shooting on refrigeration and air conditioning electrical control and mechanical devices.
•Brazing and entire copper and brass joining methods including safety in handling such practices.
•General housekeeping and record keeping.

•Service of fan coil units, FCU/ AHU, air handling units for cooling and/ heating equipment

•Trouble shooting electrical faults on controls such as HP/ LP switches, OP switch and water flow switches.
•Stock taking and ensuring availability of vital spare parts required for refrigeration and air conditioning process.
•Operation and maintenance of Freon water chillers
•Installation, service and repair of air conditioners, window, split and duct units.
•Over haul and repair of reciprocating open type compressors.
•Training and skill development for refrigeration team.
•Fault finding repair and maintaining continuous process operation.
•Service and maintenance of heat exchangers, process pumps and pressure gauges.
•Operation, service and maintenance of air compressors.
•Maintaining the entire pneumatic system.
•Record taking of process parameters.
•Maintenance scheduling and planning.
•Fire prevention and fighting techniques.
