Advice and support management and supervisory personnel on SHE issues, like SHE Risk Assessments, project SHE organization structure, etc.;
Compose a project SHE-Q team based on size and complexity of the project, Local Legislation and Client’s requirements and define the specific tasks per team member;
Induct, instruct and keep record of new project personnel, subcontractors, visitors and third parties;
Perform random project (vessel) spot-checks, site audits and inspections to verify compliance with the SHE plan;
Advice and support the Project Manager in reporting and investigating accidents, damages, environmental losses and near misses;
Administrate and regularly review the SHE Plan and attached procedures;
Record, review and report the SHE performances achieved on the Project;
Assessment of sub-contractors to verify compliance with applicable project SHE regulations;
Administrate and review regularly the emergency preparedness and response Plan, including procedures and documents as the emergency telephone list.
Ways to prevent Injury to personnel, damage to plant and/or equipment and fires.
Ways to improve existing method.
Provision and use of protective clothing equipment.
Potential hazards on site before works starts and on safety organization and the precautions required.
Determine the cause of any incidents ( or dangerous occurrence) and recommend means in preventing recurrence of such incidents.
Assess accidents trends and review overall safety performance.
Supervise the recording and analysis of information on injuries, damage and production loss.
Carry out site surveys to see that only safe work methods are in operation, that health and safety requirements are being observed, and welfare.and first aid facilities are adequate and properly maintained.
Assist with training of employees at all levels.
Keep up to date recommended codes of practice and safety literature.
Foster within the company an understanding that injury prevention and damage control are an integral part of business and operational efficiency.
Attend job progress meetings where safety is an item on the agenda and report job site performance.
Performs other tasks assigned from time to time.
Directly Report to Section Head.
Prepares, maintain and enforce the safety and health program of the workers while rendering services in the development and rehabilitation of tributaries along the Pasig River.
Attends the weekly coordination meeting of the project.
Reports to the section Head any unnecessary events / incidents in the project.
Prepares and submit daily and weekly accomplishment report to the Section Head.
Conducts regular safety inspection of the workers and the location during the project implementation; and
Perform other tasks that will be given directly by Division Head and Deputy Executive Director of operations.
Conduct Safety Audit and inspection and perform full time and continuous safety coverage / monitoring of the work site.
Promote the value and appropriate behaviour of safety.
Report to and assist site supervisor / manager in the overall implementation / approved company Safety Plan.
Coordinate for safety, health, security & environmental issues with client counter part in the field that affect day-to-day operation.
Be familiar with the company established emergency procedures.
Carry out site surveys to see that only safe work methods are in operation, that health and safety requirements are being observed, and welfare facilities are adequate and properly maintained.
Determine the cause of any incident including near misses and recommend means of preventing their recurrence.
Keep-up to date with recommend codes of practice and safety literatures. Circulate information to each level of employees.
Assist site safety manager in training employees of selected disciplines.
Supervise / monitor daily toolbox meetings or pre-job instruction meetings of foremen/ / supervisors.

Stop employees whenever unsafe acts or condition are noted.
Monitor and ensure compliance of field workforce with the Permit to work System.
Conduct Accident Instigation and Analysis.
Perform Risk Assessment Job Safety Analysis/Job Hazard Analysis (JSA/JHA).
Conduct of emergency drills and simulations.
Submit safety related reports to the management

Gives referral/consultation forms to OPD patient with HMO Cards;
Seek approval for laboratory work ups to HMO; Prepares HMO decking to ensure proper distribution of patients to standard accredited doctors of HMO;
Submits application forms and credentials of applicant doctors to HMO’s;
Responsible for the accreditation of doctors to different HMO’s and follow-ups the accreditation of HMO to our institution;
Inform HMO’s admission of their patients and follow-ups Letter of Authorization (LOA);
Coordinates with Las Piñas City Health Program (LPCHP) coordinator for their patients’ admission and follow-up Letter of Authorization (LOA);
Records and files efficiently all forms and LOA’s from HMO’s and LPCHP’s coordinators to ensure availability when needed for easy reference;
Responsible for clerical works (typing, handling phone calls, computation of bills); and
Performs other tasks assigned from time to time.

Taking and monitoring employee’s vital signs;
