Install, support and maintain hardware/software, infrastructure device according to best practices, including:
Routers, Switches, VMware server, Mail Hosting - CPanel, WHM, Wireless access points, controllers, Firewalls, CCTV,
POS, E-Mails and monitoring applications.

Implement, maintains, install GPO policy, FORTINET sites blocking/restriction, USB mass storage restriction, user
accounts, profiles, file sharing, access privileges and security.
• Administer AVAYA VOIP system to include, but not limited to call restriction (IDD/NDD/Local), auto attendant,
call logs, voice mail, group hunting/forwarding, call distribution.
• Administers the day-to-day operation of computer networks including hardware/software support, and
special projects; plans, designs and implements data connectivity for local area network (LAN) systems for 2
offices.

Administer project expansions of existing Data Center - configure, install, troubleshoot LAN/WAN equipment to
include, but not limited to IBM server, CISCO routers & switches, VOIP/IP telephony, CSU/DSUs, firewalls,
modems connectivity, structured cabling, testing and terminating cables, uplink, Patching panels, Rack
mounting, pulling and routing CAT5/CAT6/Fiber optic cable in a new rack or patch panel.
• Administer, troubleshoot network connectivity of CISCO VOIP telephony to include, but not limited to
administering users/groups account, deploying IP, group hunting/distribution, call restriction, and integrating to
Panasonic PABX system.
• Configuration & Administration of Windows 2003 & 2008, Exchange Server, Active Directory Design, DNS,
DHCP, and LAN switches, Symantec Anti-Virus Server, Symantec Backup EXEC and PABX/Call Accounting in
a medium network or group of networks typically consisting of around 400 or more workstations.

• Administers the day-to-day operations of the MIS Dept, composed of System Administrator, Network Specialist, Programmers, and Technical Support.
• Supervised the Team with little authority for personnel actions and worked also as a System Administrator and Network Engineer.
• Configuration & Administration Windows 2003, Exchange Server, Active Directory Design, DNS, DHCP, Routers, LAN switches, and other network devices. (Dell, Exchange System, POP3, DHCP, Port Forwarding, FTP).

Assist the SAP / AP Computer Officer with maintenance and upkeep of onboard hotel and PC network; in
printing of Cruise card and loyalty program documents; with preventive maintenance of hardware/software
equipment onboard; in all aspects of their duties/responsibilities when called upon to do so.
• Constant interaction with the Passenger, Embarkation Staff, shipboards users, and PCSC staff and responsible for
maintenance and operation of business critical applications including: Ving Key system, key card printers,
dockside check-in laptops, and hotel system. Provide support for regular Hotel operations (End of Day, End of
Cruise, report generation).
• Provides support for several hundred users on board as well as serves as a liaison between the shipboards
departments and shore side employees and responsible for the shipboard computer hardware/software
equipment that falls under the Shipboards Systems environment.

Expanded the Hotel’s network cabling and computers, programs and Maintains Hafele lockset within the hall ways
& elevator of the hotel.
• Maintains the Hotel's P.M.S., Call Accounting Server, P.O.S. Server & Interface Server and ensure is up running.
• January 2004: System & network upgrade (Windows 2003 & XP Pro) for Hotel Information System (HIS).

Performed cabling, network, internet, E-mail set up and installation; PC, POS, printer hardware and software
troubleshooting; assembling and disassembling; weekly and monthly back up of corporate database / Tower
Records Online Network system; price monitoring and on-sale items.
• Experienced in setup using IBM’s unit: RS6000, IBM 3153 workstation and network printer.
• Responsible for grouping of documents according to pre-defined guidelines; checking and correcting of coded
documents for possible errors; editing checked jobs after documents analysis and data conversions,
proofreading keyed documents.
