Objectives:
Providing extensive support through services and Project Implementations until to its go live dates.

Responsibilities as Document Controller:

• Manage all project documentation (includes technical, correspondence, project management - commercial, legal)
• Implement EN Document Control processes, procedures, and specifications to ensure accurate records of all project official documentation
• Perform quality control checks to ensure generated documents comply with EN document management system.
• Distribute documentation to the project team in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintain accurate file structure for all project documentation.
• Expedite and track status of all documents reviewed internally by the Project.
• Develop a collaborative environment for Implementation / contract document management.
• Maintain istranet system security access for internal / external project team members to ensure information is secure.
• Assist Lead Document Controller in training additional Project Document Controllers and project team members to have a clear understanding of Company or Project specific policies, procedures and software related to access and review documents.
• Assist Project Management in the evaluation of Document Control processes and procedures for Project specific modifications.
• Provide technical support and assistance for the document management system.

Responsibilities as Project Coordinator:

• Identify and assess the technical pre-requisites of customer needs and risks
• Facilitating communications and working with technical team, business owners, and account managers
• Analyzing customer problem from technical Hardware, Application up to implementation solutions
• Compile the software/hardware development plan
• Assess project iteration and prepare for the proposal
• Received, compile the signed contract, Initiate the project and start ups activities
• Define monitoring and control process of a project
• Follow-up, organization, planning documentation skills
• Formulate deadlines
• Deliver training when required
• Manage the project until successfully delivery
• Provides a sign off email/ service report as part of the Project task completion
• Conduct Customer Surveys and discuss the results to management
• Provides weekly/Monthly summary reporting on activities
