--Disaster Recovery Manager, 2019 - 2021 (Client: Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi)
o Managed all aspects of the design and development of Disaster Recovery plans for all infrastructure applications and components
o Worked closely with the Healthcare Applications teams to create individual and holistic disaster recovery plans and DR testing scripts (Agfa, Philips PACS, Epic, MS BizTalk, etc.)

o Led the architecture, design and implementation of Microsoft’s System Center Suite 2016 (SCOM, SCCM) within a complex environment encompassing over 12000 users, 500 servers and over 1500 specialized workstations
o Developed and implemented the security and software updates deployment strategy for all servers and applications, as well as creating customized software updates for specialized healthcare applications
o Spearheaded the design and implementation of the MS SQL infrastructure as well as the Disaster Recovery strategy for all windows servers, databases and storage
o Managed the VMware vSphere infrastructure and led the team upgrading the VMware vSphere environment from 5.5 to 6.5
• Managed and administered over 300 servers in 13 data centers across 12 countries, developing and implementing processes to maintain high availability, security and service continuity
