Technical Analysis: Evaluate specification and solutions of security systems i.e. Video
Management System (IP Cameras) and Access Control System (access cards and fingerprint) to
meet security project requirements, Health Safety Environment (HSE) procedures and Ministry of
Interior (MOI) regulations.
* Project Management: Manage and supervise site’s security system implementation activities,
including installations, maintenance, upgrade and support to ensure resource and cost efficiency,
product quality and standards, essentially in compliance to HSE procedures and local regulations.
* Schedule and Documentation: Prepare daily activities report to main contractors and other
stakeholders, review standard operating procedures (SOP) at sites to maintain best practise and
conformity.
* Support and Solution: Coordinate with vendors, clients and other stakeholders for technical
implementation and maintenance, upgrade system and vulnerability solution.

* Project of 3000+ camera mixed-use development site
* Project of 300+ camera residential premises
* Project of 70+ camera commercial showroom
* Consultant of government security force (particularly in support and maintenance
Pre-Sales: Handled technical analysis discussion to design IP CCTV solutions within project
requirement.
* Technical Support: Provided technical support and help-desk services to high-value clients across
Asia region.
* Product Training: Provided training on Surveon products, such as Network Video Recorder, IP
Camera and software application.
* Document Maintenance: Developed application scenario and product released note in marketing
purpose.
