Production and Procurement Management:

Completes production plan by scheduling and assigning production schedule, establishing priorities; monitoring progress; revising schedules; resolving problems and reporting results and be accountable to critical dates to ensure production schedule is met.

Maintain quality assurance, and continues improvement of production processes.

Work proactively with vendors to ensure continuous improvement and optimal production solutions for new and existing materials and concepts.

Develop specifications for new components with vendors once needed and negotiate effective pricing structures.

Work with finance on budgeting, forecasting and actual product cost analysis.

Oversee implementation of purchasing system and set up processes/rules to improve efficiency.

Retail Management:
Compiling list of new materials to be added to the retail stock.

Work with the designer on the materials list for the quarterly catalogue or any marketing materials for retail.

Update materials information and stock availability on Retail website.

Handle retail inquiries and manage preparation of quotations, invoicing and dispatching of orders.

Other responsibilities:
Manage the process of issuing certificates for Workshops, FCME Facilitators, and OLA facilitators.

Assist the operations team for workshop arrangement, events and public workshops and choose venue according to standards and requirements.

Provide administrative support and help with internal production once needed.
