Manages and supervises the Legal Department
▪ Managing the legalities of the employees and the company
▪ Handles all the personnel tasks (RP issuance, RP renewal, Visa issuance and Cancellation)

▪ Manage and update employee files, and ensure all information is accurate and filed timely
▪ Providing professional advisory support to company employees
▪ Arranging induction and joining formalities for new employees
In-charge of the end-to-end recruitment process for Maintenance & Engineering, Legal, Safety &
Security, Internal Audit and Airport Services positions.
▪ Manages the entire staffing process: recruits, screens, interviews, tests and selects employees to fill
vacant positions throughout organization.
▪ Consulting & coordination with client departments regarding manpower requirements.
▪ Writes recruitment advertisements for posting in newspapers, job sites and other recruiting sources.
▪ Liaise with staff across the organization to obtain or provide information regarding promotions,
manpower requisitions, transfers, confirmation, terminations, resignations, etc.
❖ HR ACCOUNT-IN-CHARGE
point person of assigned Accounts to ensure that HR needs are addressed in
an efficient, timely and accurate manner.
Handles recruitment function from paper screening of applicants, initial assessment through
interview and exam administration, conducting job offer, pre-employment processing endorsement
and preparation of 201 file of the new hire until conducting orientation for on-boarding.
▪ Monitoring of regularization of new employees and other movements such as progression, transfer,
promotion and separation.
