Current Responsibilities:
•Entrusted with the responsibility of all operations involved in all pre-commissioning & commissioning activities of utility plants with GS Engineering & Construction (South Korea).
•Responsible for steam blowing, air blowing & chemical cleaning of lines, flushing & passivation of cooling water system.
•Actively involved in the HP Boiler commissioning (alkali boil out, passivation, PSV test & performance test) and in the commissioning of Steam Turbine Generator (Auto & Manual synchronization of generator).
•Commissioning of D.M.Plant, cooling water, Nitrogen plant, Air system, Desalination, Sea water system.
•Discharging functions related to start up and shut down of the plants and isolation of equipments for maintenance with LOTO.
•Preparing SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) and shut down list and routine check lists.
•Also accountable for Hazop Study, Emergency preparedness & job safety analysis.
•Guiding and mentoring Oman trainees.
