Heading IT function to ensure uninterrupted IT support and services including high availability of data center, network and core business application (SAP S4 HANA ERP), implementing information security best practices, ensuring process and system compliance, minimizing IT cost and improve ROI thru technology and process upgrades.

Manage SAP User Accounts : Responsible for creation and manage of user accounts and respective job to generate and manage SAP roles and profiles. Aso TR movement to production server and copy changes between systems and manage change requests.
Manage demand & service delivery with suppliers and partners for infrastructure (ISP, devices, networks, data centres, hosting), applications and operations so that business demand translates into resource and capacity planning, manages portfolio of SLAs & commitments
Define IT Policies and Processes as well as periodic monitoring and reviewing to meet and align business objectives & support the implementation of strategies set by management.
Ensure compliance with the changing laws and applicable regulations
Advanced level Network Design with Layer 2, Layer 3 and complex network with fiber and wireless communication
Ensure that the IT support infrastructure are updated to the latest industrial trend and business
Vendor Review, Management and Project Costs Control to short list/suggest best available Vendors to meet business objectives. Process IT purchases and payment release notes for the IT SUPPORT function.
Manage financial aspects of the IT Department, including purchasing, budgeting, and budget review
Responsible for IT & SAP Team Management, Vendor Evaluation & Management.
Management of IT Assets, Software Compliance, Data Center, Network, Products & Services.

clients both national & international proactively . Manage P&L responsibilities . Actively participate in
concept to commissioning of large projects . Should have deep technical knowledge of diverse software
skills and also be a part of the business development activities related to outsourcing/BPO projects via
Internet. Ability to collaborate with other disciplines within IT department. And also responsible for the
technology upgradation/implementation.
