Al Idrissi Group is a Saudi company. Al Idrissi Group activities are represented in the food and
beverages business restaurants (PAUL JEDDAH), retail shops (Levendme Qatar), beauty salons
(Dessange), as well as the provision of beverages supplied using modern and well-maintained
equipment.
My duties are and are not limited to the following:
● Manage company infrastructure (network, WAN, servers, cloud services, remote sites). This
includes preparations and upgrades of all related infrastructure HW & SW.
● Manage and prepare DR plans.
● Prepare and enforce IT policies.
● Manage support help desk system and daily operations.
● Manage daily IT support activities.
● Manage IT projects, initiate, communicate, and deliver.
● Vendors communicate, negotiate, proposals closing.
● Prepare top management reports and presentations.
● Serve as a project manager for all projects related to IT infrastructure, Software development, and
ERP.
● Monitor and support Oracle fusion cloud ERP performance, and enhancement, providing first-level
support and working closely with Oracle business partners to guarantee a smooth environment.
● Supervised, monitored, and collaborated with support staff on all systems-related issues to the
operation of the POS/ERP/Call center/PBX.
● Implemented the company’s global centralized fingerprint and attendance system
● Introduced Virtualization servers to the infrastructure (VMWare ESXI)
● Provide technical and analytical sales reports
● Developed a BI tool used company-wise to generate reports based on multidimensional
● Recently a trial ODOO implementation project was initiated, and ODOO ERP CE implementation was
done by me. implementation covers the following areas: (HR, Payroll, DMS, Forums, help desk, and
other modules). In another direction, I was also a part of Microsoft Dynamic 365 cloud partner
selection and initial business gap analysis.
● Initiate and lead project plans and manage project deliverables.
● Works close with project stakeholder and provide maximum effort to accomplish targets.
● Follow-up, support and provide the necessary support for companies’ ERP Systems (MS Great
Plains).
● Provide training for users and provide support regarding ERP or day-to-day needs and other MS
Office products
● Monitor and support the company's RDBMS. Perform database backups and optimizations
