• Ensured all possible support regarding resolution of engineering issues and material related issues, like preparing critical material list and prioritizing release of drawings to site being stationed at head office
• Carried out contract review for all the critical packages and analyzing the contractual delivery milestones w.r.t to the overall Project Schedule
• Reviewed Level-2 and Level-3 schedule submitted by vendors and critical path analysis and negotiation on schedule timelines with the vendors
• Looked after division of work between the team and ensuring the project monitoring sheets updated on a weekly basis for their portion of work
• Prepared weekly engineering, procurement and construction exception sheets and conduct meeting with various stake holders, in order to appraise the same to them and ensure follow-up actions by responsibility assignments
• Generated the purchase order tracking sheet on a fortnightly basis and based on the material requirements generated by site, analyzed the critical materials and show stoppers based on which meeting with contracts and commercial team and arranging meeting with the vendors to meet the deadlines
• Prepared the Monthly progress report for Higher Management based on details collected from various functions /disciplines
• Contract evaluation and negotiations with the vendor during the pre-award stage for various packages and helping the contracts and commercial team to form the contract
• Kept track of all the statutory clearances and identifying the impact of the same on the project schedule and other stakeholders
• Trained and mentored colleagues on project controls processes and primavera project management module
