Reporting to the CEO and leading a team of 7 for deployment of IT Solutions for complete Revenue Cycle Programs.
Monitor compliance process governance by defining/enforcing strategy and developing a robust risk mitigation plan.
Enhancing the quality of existing programs, by expanding the program offering, after studying & understanding interlink and overlap of different projects.
