• Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
• Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material
• Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
• Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports
• Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
• Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
• Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements
• Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events
• Act as the primary customer service contact for clients who have questions about their accounts or our products
• Makes sure that sales orders are delivered in a timely fashion and according to the desires of customers
• Assists the marketing department in new marketing campaigns
• Makes sales goals and assists other members of the sales department in meeting them.
• Preparing a quotation using SAP/CRM system.
• Responsible for supporting sales team and coordinating sales activities within the business unit.
• Respond quickly and efficiently to all in-coming sales enquiries, by telephone, fax and email.
• Input orders to the company’s system and ensure that orders are processed in line with customers’ delivery requirements.
• Arrange for the production of presentations and supporting material in coordination with marketing department, such as technical papers or customer references.
• Assist in tender preparation and computation of quotations.
• Prepare purchase requisitions, delivery requisitions, sales invoice, proforma, delivery order, LPO and related documentation.
• Coordinate with logistics / warehouse to maintain updated stock report.
• Inform customers of any delays and arrange alternative delivery dates.
• Assist in collection of payments from customers if required by finance Department.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports.
