Manage the application operations and technical support by performing maintenance tasks of both a business and systems nature to ensure that the business model is working effectively. Manage and maintain application elements and build automated data population processes. Organize and manage contractors on technical matters and technical support, in addition to liaising with IT Division to resolve operational system problems. Coordination with Facility Management Call Centre operational matter to Service Providers. Manage information’s in DFC and make CCC as the information Centre for all users. Define Facility Management Rules and Regulations followed with defined business process in CCC system. Manage CCC expenditure and cost. Review contractual matter and contract values for iViva and CCC operations. Manage system integration, Building Management system into CCC thru iViva. Implement Energy Management concepts for all SPV’s with support of iViva System and SPV Managers, No Cost, Low Cost, High Cost.
Designs, implements and manage digital and analog telecommunications equipment and services. Evaluate and recommend new products and systems to improve network and telecommunications reliability and productivity. Plans, orders, coordinates and provides support to network controlled area for installation of new telephone systems for campus office locations. Assists Program Manager in planning, coordinating, and implementing new telecommunications projects; provides assistance with developing strategies, goals, and action plans for the department. Performs analysis of local and long distance networks to ensure network optimization and cost savings. Audits and manages telecommunications invoices and works with telecommunications vendors in relation to resolving billing disputes. Coordinates and maintains service contracts and maintenance agreements for PBX, voicemail, and key telephone systems. Recommends changes to processes, policies, and metrics to facilitate the improvement of department performance.
Responsible for production and issuance of electrical design drawings/calculations. Prepare and comply with project Quality Plan, Inspection & Test Plans. Ensure full compliance of project with specification and client requirement. Assume full responsibility for cost management of projects. Responsible for production of fully resourced programmer in line with contract agreement. Manage all allocated staff and resources to complete the project on time. Responsible for requests for resources within budgeted allowance. Be conversant with company and client QHSE policies/procedures and ensure that operatives understand and implement them in their responsible areas. Ensure all applicable QHSE documents are available at point of use, in particular, project specific QHSE documents, are available at site. Ensure complete project data/records archived after completion of project and forwarded to IS Department for effective archiving. Ensure non-conformities in materials/products dealt in accordance with applicable management system procedure and appropriate corrective and preventive actions taken to prevent recurrence/occurrence of non-conformities. Ensure needed inspections and test of electrical products are performed, inspection & test records maintained, prior to products handover to customers.
