 I was hired on January 3, 2006 as Electronics Technician but due to no available job as electronics technician I worked with a variety of administrative and clerical duties for more than 4 years (2011) in NBKS Projects Promotion Int’l Projects necessary to run an organization efficiently. Serve as information and communication in the office. Arrange meetings and appointments organize and maintain papers and electronic files and disseminate information by using the telephone, mails services, web sites and emails. Handle travels and guest arrangement. Coordinates with the contractors with regards to the projects development. Arranged tenders documents like tender bond or bid bond and performance bond, visas for joint venture companies, excellent knowledge in MS Words, MS Excel, MS Power Point, MS Outlook, attended HR management training Programs.
 Prepare Tender Documents Submittals to Qatar Armed Forces, Central Tenders Committee, Qatar Media Corporation, Qatar Foundation, QP, RasGas, and many others companies.
 Contact Suppliers outside the country & inside the country with regards to Communication & Broadcasting Equipments, Security Systems Products like Military Communication Tower, Long range thermal imaging system and other low voltage security system.
 Prepare all the quotations, invoices, delivery notes, receipt and other related documentation in terms of sales.

 Responsible for all unloading shipment
 Coordinates shippers for the all arriving Shipments.
 Responsible for doing quotations for all the company products like X-ray Machines, Under Vehicle Surveillance System, Hand Held Metal Detector, Explosives & Narcotic Detector, Events Security CCTV, CCTV camera, PA system, Fire alarm, Access Control, Communication & Broadcasting Equipments, and all types of Electrical Products.
 With Knowledge in Audio and Video equipment and satellite installation.
