To Oversee the day to day operation of the restaurant
to give a 100 percent satisfaction to the customer
to train newly hired employees and oversee the staff in their work station
-Helps the Manager in controlling the cost by monitoring the staff in correct portioning of food,
-helps the manager in inventory.projecting sales and marketing for the restaurant
●Handled ordering System in the Restaurant
●Responsible in monitoring product Quality and supply of all materials needed in the restaurant
●Responsible in Equipment maintenance and stocks organization.
●Assist the Restaurant manager in analyzing PNL (Profit and Loss) and giving action plans
●Responsible in Monitoring variances, yield, daily wastages, daily inventory monitoring.
●Responsible in product simulation, conduct seminars and training.
●Responsible in delivering of High QSC Standards by monitoring the crew in implementing
Good quality of food and fast service.
● Assist manager in implementing in store marketing and create sales building activities
● Attends to customer needs to provide customer satisfaction from time to time.
● Knowledgeable in different restaurant systems such as: ordering system, personnel manager,
Equipment manager, food safety manager.
Responsible in training newly hired employees, helps management in implementing high quality standard to the customer
