• Receive, reconcile, generate material requisition (MR) & check discrepancy of invoices for Marine department rig load out operations related projects & job no.
• Manage the record of welding equipment calibration using the Preventive Maintenance System (PMS).
• Sorting of all Marine invoices with coordination of operations team.

• Goods Receipt Note (GRN) - Prepare, log, update online GRN on Procurement portal and submit/post GRN to accounts for review and subject to approval from quantity surveyor.
• Project Material Cost Status - Prepare, update and submit project material cost status to quantity surveyor for review and approval and to the Project Manager.
• Responsible and coordinate for all documentation related to receipt, verification, storage and issuance of the project materials.
• Prepare materials received and report to the Project Manager. Monitor delivery dates against agreed schedules and report any deviations to the Site representative.
• Liaise and coordinate with the construction team, and finance department regarding commercial matters (delivery notes, invoice, purchase order and payments).
• To carry out the instruction of the Project Management Team with regard to requirement of mobilization/ de-mobilization of the Plants/equipment’s for the Project.
• To assist Project Management Team and maintain Plant Forecast, in consultation with them and based on the programmed.
• Prepares and submits Plant Request/ off hire Notes to the Plant Department.
• To co-ordinate with the Plant Department in order to identify the appropriate and competitive suppliers in order to minimize the project expenses and also to mobilize any equipment in the case of emergency occasions.

• Compiling reports such as A.) Weekly Plant Returns for Internal/External and Project-owned equipment showing the actual working condition of the mobilized Plant/Equipment, breakdown details in order to verify the Plant Debit Notes/Suppliers Invoices which need to be certified at a later date and B.) Weekly Plant Inspection Report, repair of defective Plant to be done by close flow-up with Plant Department.
• Prepare, file, compiles, update employee’s time and records,
• Reviews timesheets and timecards for completeness.
• Computes total time worked by employees and prepare in final spreadsheets and submit to accounts/payroll department.
• Checked and verify attendance of employee’s every time.
• Interview employees to discuss hours work and pay adjustments / overtime to be made.
• Receives, log, register, update, file, compile, organize all incoming and outgoing documents/files including letters, fax, memorandums, reports, transmittal, drawings, and written comments and distribute to the concerned Engineers or department.
