• Responsible for Human Resources requests (daily operations, business trips, annual leaves, and all other matters).
• Responsible for medical insurance for employees and their families (reviewing insurance lists, deleting, adding, making requests for modification or promotion, following up on payment of dues, deducting for differences).
• Issuing all types of visas (permanent work visas, temporary work visas, visit visas, exit re-entry visas).
• Following up on employees' Iqamas and work permits regularly and supervising their issuance and renewal sixty days before their expiration.
• Follow up on the GRO team, distribute daily and weekly tasks to them, and supervise their completion.
• Follow up on the validity of the company permits and required certificates and registration, and work to renew them before expiration.
• issuing the necessary operating licenses for all company sites (MODON, industrial, environmental, etc.) and following up on their validity and renewal.
• Follow up on existing lease contracts and do what is necessary to renew them and pay the dues sufficiently before their expiration date.
• Responsible for the submission of payment requests for all Human Resources and Administrative Affairs departments and following them up until they are paid.
• Responsible for the payment of GOSI for all company accounts, adding and deleting Saudi subscribers, and constantly reviewing the lists.
• Follow up on the company legal cases with the company law firm and in all courts (when needed) and follow up on execution requests submitted by and against the company.
• Following up on the company administrative requests, such as updating and amending the articles of association, raising capital, adding activities, and updating them in the commercial registration.
• Following up on everything related to vehicles (registration, insurance, periodic inspection, obtaining operating cards for them, driver cards).
• Converting the company's heavy transport vehicles (trucks) from private transportation to public transportation and taking all necessary steps to accomplish this.
• Managing all government platforms affiliated with the company (MUQEEM, QIWA, TAMM, NAQL, SANAIE, Chambers of Commerce, GOSI).
Responsible for patient relations.
