• Tender search
• Review & understand requirement of tender
• Prepare required documents for tender submission
• Prepare cost estimation sheet with incorporating documents from Technical department.
• Track the progress of all multiple new and current projects from order receipt through to installation and billing (milestones and deliverables)
• Maintain project plans and all supporting project documentation.
• Provide timely reports and information to remove obstacles and resolve issues as they arise.
• Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
• Co-ordination with all sites for smooth running of Projects.

TRADING
• Float inquiry to vendors
• Create Comparative Statement
• Prepare Estimation Sheet.
• Prepare Quotation to client
• Negotiation with vendor
• Prepare Purchase Order
• Follow up for Shipment

Oil & Gas maintenance projects such as Desludging & cleaning of crude oil buffer tank, Catalyst replacement, Heat exchanger maintenance etc.

•We are executing Projects for Mechanical Industries such as Steel and Steel products manufacturing, Aluminium Production.
•Budget preparation and Cash flow management.

•Monitor performance against project baseline.

•Maintain project documentation in a central repository.

•Obtain and process status data and maintain an updated plan.

•Evaluate project status and performance.

•Tendering, Estimation and Evaluation of new tenders.

•Track the progress of all multiple new and current projects from order receipt through to installation and billing (milestones and deliverables)

•Work with all departments - Purchase - Engineering - Accounts to ensure all phases of projects are scheduled to ensure the on-time completion of projects.

•Co-ordination with all sites for smooth running of Projects.
