Mr Dharmatilake is a very diligent , commited and an honest officer at the Dept. of Wild life of Sri Lanka. I had the oppotunity to work with him in Japan at the time when two elephants were donated to the Govt. of Japan by sri lanka. He orchestrated and coordinated the entire process very effectively and rapidly, thus being able to have the two elephants in japan for the ceremonial handing over. Further, he would answere the mobile at any time whenever, i needed to contact him regarding the said project.
