 Set up the Hard Services Department for Electrical, Mechanical & Civil Maintenance of Dubai Metro premises including Underground/over-ground stations, car parks, MPS building, Depots and other premises of all three lines (Red Line, Green Line & Expo Line) of Dubai Metro for ENOVA take over from 8th Sep 2021 onward.
 Responsible for Planning, Budgeting, Management and allocation of resources for all aspects of Preventive & Corrective Maintenance of E & M services including TVS and ECS, Enhancement & project activities for ENOVA Dubai Metro.
 Lead and Manage the Building Services assets maintenance and life cycle improvement program for Building Services assets.
 Monitor SLAs for the portfolio of assets, and ensure that they are aligned to service delivery, client
expectations, in order to achieve quality service delivery, effective contractor-client relationship management,
and profitability.
 Manage Client Expectation, Review scope of contract/projects, recommend revision of contract scope according
to the requirements, submission of Variations.
 Manage Spare requirement and inventory controls, Quality Management System and be a part of Efficient
Energy Management Program & Maintenance Improvement Programs.
 Become part of Enova Initiatives with regard to Integrated Facility Management, Green Energy Initiative,
Reducing CO2 Emission and Sustainability Programs and proposing for Metro Projects.
 Ensure Safety Compliance with in the team and along the project. Take Zero Harm initiatives and ensuring compliance

Reporting To- Head of Production / E & M Director

 Responsible for Planning, Budgeting, Management and allocation of resources for all aspects of Maintenance, Enhancement & project activities for Station Experience Department.
 Manage the Station Experience Team for delivering the maintenance (preventive & corrective) of Platform Screen Door (PSDs) of Dubai Metro Red Line (29 Stations), Green Line (20 Stations) supplied by Westinghouse and Expo Line (7 Stations) supplied by Gilgen.
 Be a part of Failure Review Board committee and ensuring the rectification of snag list item of PSD by contractor with in DLP period.
 Manage the Station Experience Team for delivering the maintenance (preventive & corrective) Dewatering & Plumbing System (DPS) for Dubai Metro Red Line (29 Stations), Green Line (20 Stations), Expo Line (7 Stations), Carparks and other buildings of Dubai Metro Premises.
 Technical & Financial bid review against Project Submission, allocation of projects to contractor for PSD System Enhancement, modification and major repair works.
 Lead & Supervise teams of Engineers & Team Leaders for the corrective maintenance of Building Services including Electrical Low Voltage (LV) System, lighting system, UPS, HVAC, TVS (Tunnel Ventilation System), ECS (Environment Control System), Fire Detection and Protection System (FPS) including FM200 system.
 Lead & Supervise teams of Engineers & Team Leaders for the corrective maintenance of Civil Sub System faults and customer facing faults at various stations of Dubai Metro.
 Provide effective solutions for long pending issues in coordination with Client, internal (ATC & System, Comms, AFC, Civil & MEPS) and external Stakeholders (sub-Contractors) to maintain optimum performance of the route for technical, logistical and access issues. Driving efficiency improvement program & ensure effective utilization of resources for delivering the required output.

Prepare Annual Maintenance Service Plan, Annual Spare budget, Annual Project List for the submission to RTA (Road & Transport Authority, Dubai).
➢ Supervise and oversee all aspects of technical support activities pertaining to the MEPS Section including engineering and maintenance work management, design modification, system assurance, technical support, preparation of maintenance procedures and work instructions, coordination work of engineering and maintenance works planning, possession scheduling and timetable, health, safety, quality and environment plans and procedures;
➢ Lead and provide guidance to a team of Engineers, Team Leaders and Technicians to carry out all level of preventive and corrective maintenance activities including testing, troubleshooting, replacement of defective components for Electrical & Mechanical Services of Dubai Metro Depots, Stations (including Underground Stations) & associated retail outlet’s services which include Electrical Low Voltage (LV) System, Lighting system, UPS, HVAC, Lift, Elevator, Escalators, and Fire Detection and Protection System (FPS) including FM200 system.

Lead and provide guidance to a team of Team Leaders and Technicians to carry out various preventive and corrective maintenance activities for electrical & mechanical services of Dubai Metro Stations which include Tunnel Ventilation System (TVS), Lighting system, UPS, Lift, Elevator, Escalators, and Fire Detection and Protection System (FPS).

 Maintain PSD System for Dubai Metro Red Line as stipulated in O & M manual of supplier. Provide support in fault handling and analyzing the reports related to PSD system.

 Lead the line maintenance team in carrying out testing, troubleshooting, replacement of defective components of above mention systems. Diagnose the faults for proper timely solution.

 Coordinate and allocate resources to all aspects of technical activities to E& M Services on a day to day basis.

 Provide training to own staff and other department's staff for the maintenance & operation of various station services such as PSD, TVS, and Electrical systems. Also prepare Work Instruction and Maintenance procedure.
 Provide support to NMOC (Network Maintenance Operation Centre) in order to timely rectify the faults and arrange necessary men power & resources at required locations in emergency situations.

 Recruiting staff for Green Line Metro Project.

Having experience in Line Maintenance, Technical Service dept., Maintenance Control Center (MAINTROL), and Base Maintenance Depts. of Jet Airways (I) Ltd. All work carried out in avionics stream.

 Line Maintenance Dept. I attached with day to day scheduled checks/tasks of aircrafts for Avionics (electrical, instrumentation and radio system) in association with certified personal as per the requirement of DGCA and manufacturer of aircraft which include Layover Checks, “A” Checks, various Phase intermediate checks, Phase checks as applicable to Jet Airways Fleet of B737-400/700/800/900, ATR. The work also includes unscheduled maintenance work which include troubleshooting of various faults and their rectification which occurs in transit and during maintenance of aircrafts.




 In Base Maintenance Dept. work is related to major maintenance of aircraft .Work include various phase checks, including removal/installation of various parts, various operational checks, performing Service Bulletins, ADs, Modifications for B737 NGs aircraft.

 In Maintrol (i.e. MAINTENANCE CONTROL) Centre the work include to maintain the history of repetitive defects, to provide support for the line maintenance engineers for the rectification of faults which are repetitive in nature or which are difficult to rectify at the moment when the aircraft has less ground time so that ON TIME performance of the fleet can be maintained. This Also include arrange/manage all support equipments, apparatus various parts of aircraft and manpower, which require for the rectification of the faults in advance at the place of aircraft so that the time can be saved during maintenance.
 In Technical Service Dept. associated with Reliability Monitor program for the fleet of Jet Airways.
