• Conducted building construction layout and staking for luxury villas including foundations, walls, columns, driveways, and structural elements
as per approved architectural plans.
• Established and verified property boundaries to confirm legal limits and preventconstruction disputes.
• Performed detailed topographical survey mapping land features, elevations, slopes, andnatural elements for proper building design.
• Checked and set precise levels/elevations for foundations, floors, grading, and drainagesystems to avoid water logging issues.
• Prepared grading and drainage plans by providing accurate slope and elevation data foreffective land development and water flow management.
• Supported overall building site activities with layout marking and elevation control.
