 Successfully completed the Benchmarking of Saudi AC Manufacturer’s (LG Shaker, Zamil, Alessi, Toshiba etc.) units and proposed the Mahle Value proposition proposal of aluminum condenser with saving of 40~60% on RM side without compromising on thermal performance.

 Title: Involved in Development of Slab type Heat Exchanger for Heat Pump application.
Synopsis: Heat exchanger for heat pump works as evaporator and condenser both so design & construction is totally different from conventional Aluminum micro channel condenser; Tube placement is vertical to enable the water drainage. Distributor and Collector being used with single pass arrangement to reduce the pressure drop while it works as evaporator. Alloy system of heat pump is also superior because its highly prone to corrosion due to stagnant water.

 Title: Enhancement of Field Durability life by 3 times with Mahle Patented Folded Tube Technology.
Synopsis: Folded tube for condenser is one of the patented technologies of MAHLE, folded tube heat exchangers have 3 times more life than extruded type in SWAAT test because of superior alloy system and it is cheaper by 30% because of in-house manufacturing & few other key potential factors.

 Title: Thermal Performance boosted up by 20% & RM cost dropped down by 15% with Mahle Patented Internal Heat Exchanger Technology.
Synopsis: IHX is a type of auxiliary heat exchanger which is used in refrigeration circuit to increase the sub cooling which ultimately leads to enhance the thermal performance and reduce the size of primary heat exchanger to save on RM Cost.

Synopsis: EMS is smart controller designed for visi cooler to reduce energy by programming the parameter for Compressor cut off set point for Day & Night, defrost time & interval, evaporator & Condenser fan motor on-off, illumination light on-off and provides safety to compressor during condenser blockage & evaporator freeze up.

 Title: Involved in Development of “S12 Diageo” visi cooler for rural area to run on interrupted Power Supply.
Synopsis: S12 Diageo is a cooler designed for Rural area where power supply is limited for 10~15 hours. It equipped with two evaporator coils where one coil used to freeze up the water during running hours (which installed inside the water & Glycol mixture tank) and it will radiate the cooling effect during interrupted power hours.

 Title: Installation & Commissioning of Psychometric Environmental Chamber for visi cooler Testing.
Synopsis: Lead the installation of Environmental chamber ( Range of 10°C ~ 60°C & RH 25% ~100% ) with Vertical
air flow type suitable to test 02 units of visi cooler at a time with the Refrigeration support from COSMIC
