o Responsible to promote products for potable water such as valves, pipeline accessories, house connections, meters and RO membranes in addition to some infrastructure products and spare part sales.
o Key Accounts: Federal Electricity and Water Authority (FEWA), Ajman Municipality, Fujairah Municipality, Ras Al Khaimah Public Works Department and Dubai Silicon Oasis Authority
o Job Description
1. Develop sales plans and budgets, establish sales targets and goals.
2. Generate enquiries through sales meetings, scoping of client requirements, product presentations and review of tender documents. Qualify opportunities and make actionable recommendations
3. Preparation of compliance statements, bid specifications, pre-qualification of suppliers and all associated documents of tenders for above mentioned utilities.
4. Ensure margin requirements are met by reviewing, modifying and approving price quotations ensuring the adherence to pricing procedures and appropriate material rates.
5. Address client clarifications and close the sale ensuring profitability.
6. Coordinate with various internal departments and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
7. Trouble-shoot incase of any issues and provide efficient after-sales service to clients.
8. Prudent Payment collection
9. Keep track of competition in the market and gauge the changing client requirements.
10. Secure new contracts within present business line and source new products to complement and complete customer sales package.
11. Develop sustainable relationships with suppliers and provide timely feedback to facilitate supply of products that meet the market requirements.
12. Prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly reports for the management and update pipeline to review periodically
13. Measurement of sales growth in accordance with Key Performance Indicators and work on pricing strategies to garner more market share
14. Attend seminars, conferences as well as exhibitions to increase supplier and client base. Travel to meet and pre-qualify suppliers, inspect goods and scope markets. Provide detailed visit reports for management.
15. Follow up and update status of projects, tenders on regular basis.
16. Work well within a team to achieve the collective team target.

o Assisted in the maintenance and repair of notebooks
o Diagnosed hardware and software issues in the notebooks and prepared quotations
o Attended customer complaints.
o Report writing and presentations given as a part of evaluation.
o Analyzed the productivity of Repair Center Technicians and gave suggestions to
improve the same.
o Generated a centralized database incorporating the entire department’s projects.
o Edited and formatted the prequalification documents and brochures.
o Organized and revamped all the presentation materials.
o Listed all the accounting transactions of the preceding 3 yrs to sum up the
outstanding debts. Made an inventory list of all the raw materials.
