Project:
Quick Pay, remittance service of NCB AlAhli Bank in Saudi Arabia wherein funds can be transferred via phone banking, Alahli online. Alahli mobile or by accessing NCB ATMs.
The entire framework implementation is outsourced to Oracle Financial Services.
• Recognized with Oracle ‘We Applaud Award’ for end to end project management and implementation, of application framework for National Bank of Egypt (NBE) and Tadhamon International Islamic Bank (TIIB) in Yemen as beneficiary banks.
• Acting as a business analyst and a single point of contact for clients (banks in Egypt, Yemen, Jordan, Morocco, Lebanon and other countries in APAC) and inhouse IT team.
• Business requirement gathering from clients, analyzing these and developing detailed IT plans to accomplish these.
• Implementing custom add-ons to existing application to suit new business needs of existing clients.
• Testing and bug fixing: Dry run in co-ordination with the client post successful development.
• Production Support (L3): Addressing concerns/disruptions in LIVE application. Troubleshooting and root cause analysis to prevent future occurrence.
• Active involvement in executive B2B discussions to seek opportunity for additional consulting services opportunity in case of critical disruptions.
• Providing solutions for day to day issues and concerns raised by Business, Audit, IT, Development and IT Testing teams and make propositions (post due analysis) to improve the scenario and to avoid potential issues.
• Review multiple test scenarios and ensure desired results during SIT (Integration testing) and user acceptance testing (UAT) before GO LIVE.
