Supporting project manager in day-to-day management of the
projects. The main responsibilities include:
• Preparing and updating resource plans and operational progress
reports.
• Maintaining up to date documents logs.
• Being the point of contact and providing coordination for the
disciplines.
• Participating in all activities aiming at assuring project accuracy
and quality from conception to completion.
• Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate
corrective actions.
• Establishing and maintaining continual communications with the
client, district stakeholder such government and all support units
to ensure that appropriate knowledge is transfer to the design
team.
• Providing cover during the project manager’s absence.
• Providing bi-lingual support to the team as the Arabic was the
main contract language, preparing outgoing and reviewing
incoming Arabic correspondence.
• Supporting contracts team during preparation of bi-lingual tender
documents - special conditions of contract, instructions to
bidders and bills of quantities.
