> Key Courses – Project Management, Infrastructure Asset Management, Construction Contracts Administration, Cost Engineering, Construction Supply Chain & Logistics Engineering, Construction Management. > Project – Detailed study of lean construction planning through Last Planner System (LPS) ® and development of a model using the same, intended to be able to resolve generic construction process related problems. Project involves dissemination of the system into LPS Tools and a resolution oriented match-up of generic construction problems with these tools. > Key Accomplishments – ‘First in Course’ award for ‘Construction Logistics’ course, development of a full scale tender for a bridge construction project, development of a project management plan for a media project and literature on new philosophy for construction project management, awareness of NZ standard conditions of contract (NZS 3910:2013). > Developed Interests – Lean project delivery system, activity based costing, improvement of construction supply chains, construction process improvement through lean techniques.

> Diverse range of engineering projects for internationally and nationally recognized engineering competitions – ABU-ROBOCON ‘08 & ‘09, Pinnacle ‘08, Prototyping an electrical bicycle. > Research paper – ‘Gasification of Agro-wastes’ presented in – International Conference on Advances in Mechanical and Building Sciences in the 3rd millennium (ICAMB – Dec 2009).
