o Responsible for entire 2 year tracking program for a customer satisfaction study among the passengers of Abu Dhabi Airport. The study is geared to understand the needs and wants that the international travelers have from an Airport. Airports are now more than airline service providers they are now individual money making commercial entities.

o The jobs key role is to design and administer a satisfaction and needs survey among the passengers, analyze the results and provide clients with insights that will help them grow the business. Other responsibilities are:
 Providing them with weekly updates and monthly presentations.
 Engaging the stakeholders in Client engagement strategy sessions to discuss the areas of improvements and opportunities at the airports.

o Exit interviews of tourists leaving the airport to determine their duration of stay and reasons for choosing UAE as a tourist destination.

Energy - ADNOC, ENEC
o Study to understand and evaluate the performance of various functions and departments of ADNOC petrol stations
o Public opinion study to understand the perception of ENEC among general population and stakeholder satisfaction study among customers and partners of ENEC.


Reading habits - Prime Minister Office
o Study conducted to understand the reading habits of Emiratis & Non Emiratis in UAE. Compare differences among the nationalities and provide insights and solutions to increase reading among the Emiratis in the country, considering 2016 has been labelled as the year of reading by the UAE government.

o PepsiCo - Value pricing study across different markets like KSA, Egypt, Jordan, and Algeria. The objective of the study was mainly to predict the financials if portfolio of CSD or Chips category is changed or modified in these countries.

o Attitudinal study - Understanding how 18-40 yrs age group perceive MSN and what measures have to be taken in order to retain and build more customers for MSN in US.
o Channel Partner study - Evaluating the perceptions and utilization of Original Microsoft software among the dealers and vendors
o Messenger perception study - How is Windows Live messenger and it various features perceived in four different markets

o International training and learning + International school practices - This was a joint project conducted by UNESCO & Microsoft which was undertaken among 118 schools across the globe. Prime objective of the study was to understand how technology is being used or can be used by teachers and schools for better learning
o CaféOpinion website ( www.cafeopinion.net) - A discussion forum site which was built from scratch for Microsoft in US & UK, so that customers and users views can be taken into account and based on their responses come to major business decisions.
