Responsible of the following tasks & duties:-

Human Resources:
• Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions
• Maintains organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes
• Maintains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records
• Employee relations consultation, coordination of full recruitment process
• Monitor the daily attendance, investigate and understand causes for staff absences / Camera Observation for all stores.
• Maintain the full Payroll process including Bank statement
• Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures
• Monitor scheduled absences such as holidays or travel and coordinate actions to ensure staff absence has been adequately covered off to ensure continuity of services
• Create Manual System to Calculate Leaves Balance
• Responsible for the Medical Insurance
• Prepare notices and advertisement for vacant staff positions
• Conduct reference checks on possible candidates
• Prepare, develop, and implement procedures and policies on staff/employees recruitment
• Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees; scheduling management conferences with employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; counseling employees and supervisors.
• Managing the increment letters
• Responsible for the Social Security
• Handling all the final settlements for all the resigned employees
• Conduct exit interviews

Administration:
• Purchases printed materials and forms by obtaining requirements; negotiating price, quality, and delivery; approving invoices
• Managing the Stationary process
• Managing all the legal files for the 5 companies
• Provides historical reference by developing and utilizing filing and retrieval systems
• Responsible for all the papers for the public / Limited liability companies (Al Yaqout / Amwaj)

• Completes special projects as requested by the General Manager or our head quarter (Dubai), Maintains strict confidentiality

• Responsible for the HRMS Oracle HR System, Data Entry, Extracting the reports
• Managing the increment letters on the percentage decided by our head quarter Dubai / Territory head

• Handling all the reports coming from our Head Quarter Dubai; such as survey’s, COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS MANUAL for Jordan (Handbook), attrition calculation
