Marketing and International Relations role:
• Implementing marketing plans; applying quality and customer service standards
with no errors
• Expanding the company’s profile and study abroad destinations for our clients by
contacting potential business partners and establishing new relationships with these
educational institutions worldwide, in addition to enhancing and maintaining the
existing partnerships
• Handle the agreement documentation with prospect business partners
• Attend partner product training webinars
• Organize product training sessions with the sales team and provide information on
new products, educational institutions’ unique selling points.
• Protecting the company’s value by keeping information confidential

• Admission role:
• Manage and follow-up on the incoming applications and documentation for the
clients of the sales team in three different office locations (Amman, Jordan- Riyadh,
Ksa - Jeddah, KSA) and provide up-to-date information to the sales team regarding
their clients’ application status
• Responsible for following up on customers’ feedback and handling their complaints
• Use my strong partner relations to get exceptions for some client cases and speed
up their application process time
