Welcome students by greeting them offering them assistance.
● Assisting the dean of the college in managing the college.
● Preparing daily programs for the various majors in the college.
● Teaching students and doctors how to work on the university system and register their subjects.
● Work on the teachers' monthly hours and give them to the Finance Department.
● Ensure that students are registered in the correct subjects and sections.
● Preparing the messages coming from the dean that can facilitate the training of students in
hospitals
● Facilitate the relationship between the student and the doctor and solve problems.
● Work on downloading all the marks for the various majors in the college on the university
system and handing them over to the Department of Technology and Information under the
supervision of the Dean of the College.
● And other administrative matters related to the college and university.
