Responsible for all customers queries and concern, answering phone calls and transfer it to the concern person. Responsible for filing internal documents and other important papers. Handle appointments and meetings schedule of all managers.
Welcomes visitors by greeting them appropriately, received and greeted Clients politely, leaving a positive impression of the firm in their minds.
Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival.
Maintains security by monitoring logbook.
Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions.
Travel/Booking arrangement.
Coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of office and other supplies.
Maintain safe and clean reception area.
Receiving and dispatching some documents from some courier company.
Screening/routing mails and faxes to the concerned departments/personnel.
Maintaining monthly attendance for all the staff.
To file all incoming fax, important letters in appropriate files adequately & in a timely manner.
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Communicate with customers and entertain customer calls/inquiries adequately and in a timely manner to ensure our customer satisfaction and maintaining our company image.
