plans, breakdown of installations and constuction details
represented in perspective, elevations, sections and floor
plants following construction codes.

Lead and manage interior design projects from concept to completion, collaborating with clients and teams to create
functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces, while also overseeing project budgets and timelines, mostly in residential
projects, but handling of commercial areas and urban landscape according to the project requirements and stablished
concepts.
Work closely with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and project requirements, ensuring their vision is
translated into a successful design, overseeing all aspects of interior design projects, from initial concept to final
execution. Identify and resolve design and project-related issues effectively.
Lead and mentor junior designers, providing guidance and support to ensure projects meet high standards, coordination
with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution

Co-direction of Government Hospital Projects. Design of remodeled medical consultation areas, cafeteria, remodeled
facades of the orthopedic and trauma hospital, hydrotherapy, electotherapy, and rehabilitation area, and green areas.
Developement of architectural plans of all areas, elevations, facades and sections, estimations, photographic record,
design proposals, material proposals.
Design of all new electrical installations, plumbing installations, specialized medical equipment installations.
Supervision of reconstruction of diverse areas of different hospitals from big to medium scales due to eartquake
dissaster that incluides, replacement of full floor coverage, walls, stairs, finishes in and out Operating Rooms,
Consultation areas, Laboratory, Facades and Parking.
Maintenance to HVAC systems, finishes like painting, drywall, plumbing, electric, and fire safety installation.
Developement of a regular testing and maintenance program for all fields required to assure standard operationg
schemes in maintenance of buildings

Assistant analyzing data to accurately estimate the cost skilled labor and price breakdown of construction materials
and specific jobs like remodeling work spaces, meeting rooms, offices, furniture maintenance, renovation of
electrical installations, etc.
Assistant making estimations, quantifications, photografic reports and constuction log. Drawing of architectural
plans, sections and elevations on site, supervision of work crews, requisitions and handling of materials on site.
Preparation of concept catalogs, generators, photographic reports, construction log.
Supervision of renovations, preventive and corrective maintenance of government buildings and offices. For
example painting and repairing building facades, parking lot making, culvert cleaning, waterproofing, office
construction.
Supervision of crews such as carpentry, plumbing, painting, drywall, and electricians, HVAC maintenance and
supervision of emergency plant maintenance.
Developement of strategies for quality assurance and completion of work according to constuction schedules to
meet required standards
