• Recruitment: Have worked with the lateral recruitment team to ensure seamless execution of the recruitment process as per the requirements of the business unit which involved sourcing candidates, screening applications, scheduling interviews and making the final offers.
• Employee Assimilation: Have handled the unit specific on-boarding and induction processes for new joiners at the DC (Development Centre), to ensure that the assimilation process happens in a smooth manner
• HR Operations: Was involved in planning, executing and monitoring HR activities in a employee life cycle from joining to exit management as per the defined guidelines in order to ensure HR service delivery effectiveness in the unit for 3000+ employees
• Employee Assistance: Providing the HR support to business and employees as and when required in a timely and effective manner
• Analytics and Reporting: Was responsible for data management activities and providing the required reports such as quarterly status reports, manpower utilization reports, visa utilization reports, performance appraisal reports etc. for the unit and providing the same to the Unit Delivery Head and other internal stakeholders to enable strategic planning and decision making in business
• Training: Developed and conducted Employee Assimilation Program to improve new employee orientation to company policies and procedures and been instrumental in educating the managers regarding execution of HR programs such as performance management within the unit. Have also participated in writing SOP documents for the visa management program and HR functionalities in SAP and trained the team members using the same
• Performance Management: Was responsible for executing, driving and monitoring the performance management program for the Unit at the location level which included supporting the Delivery team in new joiner goal setting, appraisal process education, appraisal closures and executing the Performance Improvement Plan with the respective managers, post appraisal process.
• Compensation and Benefits Management: Was responsible for executing the data input piece for Night Shift Allowance, Trainee Settlement Allowance and Implementation Allowance in the sheet provided by the Corporate within the timeline provided and handle employee queries regarding the same
• Employee Engagement: Was required to create and execute the employee engagement and communication calendar as per the defined strategy/guidelines of the unit and corporate HR, collect feedback and evaluate the success of the initiatives and weave it in for future events - in order to effectively engage employees at work
• Change Management: Been instrumental in enabling smooth transition for the employees in the unit during the organization re-structuring program by educating them about the purpose and benefits of the change and proving required clarity regarding the role and career path architecture.
• Employee Governance and Welfare: Was expected to handle the employee emergencies at the unit level and address the grievance at the first level and escalate appropriately as required, counsel employees and handle low and medium sensitive issues in order to balance employee relations within the unit and ensure timely rollout of the employee welfare activities
