Ø Supervising Logistics operations to ensure efficiency in all aspects of the customer service delivery cycle; resolving critical issues in warehousing, inventory, delivery, service, pricing or operations by interacting with the concerned departments.
Ø Managing timely delivery of consignments involving liaising with regulatory authorities, transport companies, C&F Agents and other external agencies.

• Managing Warehouse by introduced semi-automated storage system & maintaining FIFO (Card Input Governance).

• Overseeing monthly location wise stock reconciliation.
• Conferring with department heads to ensure coordination of warehouse activities such as Delivery/Installation, Sales, and Purchasing for smooth operation of the warehouse.
• Spearheading, scheduling, motivating, and leading a team of 25 warehouse personnel
• Managing total 40, 000 square-feet of distribution center environment, involving the safe use of various types of material handling equipments including (i) Hand Pallets (ii) High-rise stacker of 1.5T capacity, (iii) Forklifts of 2T capacity (iv) Hydra of 2T/3T/5T capacity (iv) OHT and (v) Cranes etc.
• Executing strict implementation of the organizational process regarding order management, transportation, business processes, performance improvement, planning and organizing.
• Overseeing house keeping with proper security system, cleanliness, & safety precautions etc.
• Driving strong aptitude to maintain material handling and meeting or exceeding warehouse operation efficiency goals.
• Reporting to Top Management weekly and Monthly about Warehouse activities/operations.
• Examining warehouse stock levels to avoid excess stock.

• Devising new procedures and policies as per supplier/distributor needs and requirements.

• Internal Auditor for Integrated Safety, Health and Environmental Management as per OHSAS 18001:2007 & ISO 14001:2004 standards.
