Performed modifications, inspections, repairs, replacements, overhauls and testing of pneumatic and fuel components of the following aircraft types; Airbus 300, 319, 320, 330, 340, Boeing 737, 757, 767, Lockheed L1011 according to U.A.E. GCAA and EASA standards.
Carried out all the paperwork related to the above tasks in accordance with the relevant documentation, U.A.E. GCAA and EASA standards.
Ensured that work areas are properly maintained, shop equipment, special tools and test equipment are kept in designated areas.
Ensured that all work done adheres to company policies, aviation regulations and quality standards are met.
Troubleshoot, diagnose, rectify and report findings of component discrepancies to the appropriate personnel.
Currently working in the IDG shop---- overhauling, inspecting, repairing and testing of A320 and B767 IDGs and B737 CSDs.

Tasks Performed At Air Zimbabwe:
Carried out repairs, inspections, modifications, overhaul and testing of components on the following aircrafts; Boeing 707, 737, 767, BAe 146, Fokker 50 and MA60. Fuel components including atomizers, fuel control units, fuel heaters, flow dividers, pressure and dump valves. Pneumatic components including flow control valves, high pressure shut off valves, air turbine starters, pneumatic thermostats, load control valves, heat exchangers, air cycle machines, turbo fan valves, temperature control valves and bleed band actuators. Oil components; fuel cooled oil coolers, cooling fans, IDG heat exchanger valves, air/oil heat exchangers and CSDs.
Carried out A, B, C, and D checks on the following types of aircrafts in the maintenance section with focus on the engines of the following aircrafts; B707, 737, 767 and BA e146.
Carried out QEC build of JT8D with focus on removal and installation of main gearbox, engine starter, hydraulic pump, fuel control units, fuel pump, CSD and shut off valves.
Participated in PW4000 engine split ship.
