• Arrange meetings, internal and external, as necessary to ensure the effective management of project.
• Ensure adequate resource allocation for assigned area/discipline of the project and track man-hours.
• Implement and manage changes to the project scope in order to achieve optimal project progress.

• Overall construction planning of 12 X 26m Patrol Boats for UAE Navy worth Euro 200 million.
• Planning coordinator for the implementation of ‘MARS - vertical ERP solution for shipyards’.
• Directly reporting to Sr. Planning Manager and lead to a team of Planners and Production Controllers.
• Develop build strategy and logic networks based on critical path for Naval Vessels construction.
• Develop and review schedules for Naval vessel construction considering optimum resource utilization.

• Coordination with contractors, consultants and equipments suppliers for day to day site activities.
• Coordination of weekly and monthly progress review meeting with client and Contractors.

• Prepare project schedule and monitor w.r.t. time over-runs, resource deployment, cost and Quality.
