Liaising with enforcement authorities (OSHAD, DoT, EAD, and other government entities) for the development, implementation and revision of Occupational Health and safety (OSH) management System.
Advising management on the requirements of health and safety legislation, risks in the workplace and proposed control measures.
Assisting management in setting Health and Safety performance standard, Targets objectives and carry out proactive and reactive monitoring of those standards when they had been introduced.
Represent the company at all regulatory platform for any Health and safety compliance issue.
Draw up procedures and Ensured compliance to all health and Safety requirement related to boat building, welding, painting, coating, docking and repairs of super yachts and production craft.
Duties include
Supervises and ensures effective waste management system as per TADWEER/CWM and EAD (Environmental Agency) regulations and guidelines.
Investigate accidents and cases of ill health
Actively audit system internally and coordinates annual third party compliance audit.
Provide OSH performance report to SRA’s using AL ADAA OSH Electronic Application.
Identifying all EHS hazard in work place and formulate measures to reduce Risk to (ALARP) As Low As Reasonably Practicable.
Identify, evaluates, organized and conduct Health and safety training for employees.
Helps promotes a positive health and safety culture with the organization
Maintain and update appropriate Health and safety records, data, statistics, plans, Codes, and procedures, in line OSHAD V3.0. and ISO 45001-2018 ( Using Al AADA system). Update management accordingly.
ACCOMPLISHMENT
* Development and implementation OSHAD -SF V3.0 in all aspect.
* LTISR: 0.000 (in 730 days )without any lost work days due injury
* LTIFR: 0.000 (in 1, 752, 000 of hours) without any lost time due to injury
PROJECTS EXECUTED:
1) ADCO - 132 kV Dismantling of Dead End Electrical Tower at Shah, CDS with M/s Petrofac International Ltd.
2) AL Hosn Gas-Shah Gas gathering Project, Installation of 55km of 11KV overhead lines for Al Hosn Gas at ADCO -Gas Shah Field with M/S Instalaciones Inabensa.
3) Improvement of Traffic Safety, Road Conditions & Attab U - Turn - LIWA - Relocation/Modification , 11KV overhead line with M/s Al ASAB Gen Contracting
4) ADNOC- Ruwais Housing Comp ex - Street Lighting and associate electrical works with M/s Al ASAB Gen Contracting.
5) Shah Gas Development Project Package 4 - As Electrical & Instrumentation Subcontractor with M/s Danway under M/s Samsung Engineering for the cable tray, and termination works
• Co-ordinates monitor and supervise job responsibilities of other HSE officers.
• Conduct and coordinates third party periodic inspection of company facilities, lifting equipment, tools, electrical appliances, machinery, cranes, and firefighting equipment.
• Advised on and implement contractual HSE requirement while liaising with client HSE personnel.
• Familiarized new employees with good Health and safety practices by holding safety induction training, orientation and toolbox talks.
• Ensured all equipment provided for purposes of environmental health and safety are regularly checked, adequately maintained and fit for purpose
• Help the organization compile with statutory requirement.
• I Prepare and maintain require Health and safety statistics, reports, and Key performance indicators and update management accordingly in line with OHSAD V3.0 requirement and ISO 18001-2007-1800-2015
