● Spearheaded strategic brand development plans for Shyft's sister brands - Dash Health & Mindhouse - with focus on conceptualization, writing, and managing social media content, digital ads, and PR collaterals. Achieved 400 organic followers on Dash Health’s IG account, and 250 followers on Mindhouse, plus 1000+ app downloads in 45 days.
● Built Dash Health from scratch and led the branding, design language, brand guidelines finalization process. Planned and managed a social media calendar with a bank of 6-10 posts every week for each of the 3 brands - Shyft, Dash Health, and Mindhouse.
● Cultivated relationships with women from 50+ MBA institutions in India, and built a health- focused community with over 400 women in one month.
● Managed end-to-end influencer relationships - shortlisting, negotiations, onboarding, conceptualization, scripting, and execution - with Jim Sarbh (actor with 554K followers), Mallika Dua (comedian with 1M followers), Sobia Ameen (international fashion influencer with 54K followers) and Ankita Bansal (entrepreneur with 31K followers).
● Achieved highest Shyft Pass sales ever (40% growth) from 2023 Christmas and New Year campaigns (ideation, copywriting, creative direction, execution).
● Managed a team of 3 designers & video editors, and mentored 1 entry-level copy professional to achieve all of the above.
● Drove Founders' vision across major Growth projects for new nutrition, detox, weight loss, period management, & chronic ailment management packages for home and off-shore audiences.
