Duties & Responsibilities:
• Supervising warehouse staff and daily activities.
• Managing, evaluating and reporting on warehouse productivity.
• Ordering supplies and maintaining suitable inventory levels.
• Safe handling and storage of inventory in Warehouses and keeping track and movement of inventory for its usage on FIFO basis and other best practices to ignore over aged inventory.
• Responsible to verify all goods arrived as per the agreed purchase order, delivery note and agreed quantity has been received.
• Replenishing supply inventories following established guidelines of the company.
• Implementing and maintaining inventory control procedures to minimize waste, loss, and theft.
• Maintaining accurate inventory records through regular stock counts and reconciliations.
• Maintaining and controlling warehouse inventory to keep shrink at an acceptable level.
• Responsible for storage of both food & beverage and operational stock.
• Receiving, issuing & reordering the materials and maintaining warehouse inventory.
• Responsible for the day-to-day check on the storage facilities for upkeep and hygiene.
• Ensuring accuracy of the facility’s inventory system by updating records of physical inventory totals, receipts, adjustments, and returns.
• Developing and maintaining comprehensive documentation related to inventory processes.
• Generating regular reports on inventory levels, discrepancies, and stock movement.
• Managing inventory/supplies and ensuring they are within the established minimum and maximum levels.
• Maintaining accurate records of all inventory transactions, including transfers, returns, and adjustments.
• Utilizing inventory management software to track and manage stock movements accurately.
• Keeping up-to-date records of receipts, and withdrawals from the stockroom.
• Preparing and maintaining computerized stock levels and update it daily.
• Ensuring the quantity requested and the quantity issued always matches.
• Posting all invoices using the MMS - Material Management System.
• Conducting physical stock count on a monthly basis as advised by the Financial Controller(FC) and the physical count is always tallied with the inventory count from the MMS - Material Management System.
• Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely replenishment of inventory.
• Adhere to all Health and Safety procedures particularly relating to food and beverage items.
• Keep accurate recordings of all incoming and outgoing goods.
• Performing any other duties as assigned by the management.
• Working within the company’s policies, objectives and quality management system.
• Ensuring that all the store items are having a reasonable expiry date within Municipality guidelines.
• Identifying slow-moving and obsolete items and recommending appropriate actions.
• Responsible for the issuance of materials and supplies to all departments in the organization.
• Monitoring PAR levels for all the store items to ensure proper levels.
• Ensuring cleanliness of all areas, keeping storage areas clean & tidy and in strict compliance with hygiene regulations.
• Maintaining a neat, clean and safe working environment.
• Ensuring that the stores are kept clean and organized.
• Ensuring that uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional.
• Speak with others using clear and professional language.
• Identifying staff development and training needs and then ensuring that training is obtained.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Comply to safety, health and operational quality standards.
• Facilitating compliance of height, weight and special handling requirements in stacking, moving, arranging items on pallets according to storage plan.
• Review warehousing quality issues in a timely manner.
• To ensure safe working condition for forklift drivers.
• Performing warehouse inventory controls and keeping quality standards high for audits.
• Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization.
• Monitoring and reporting if there are any non-moving or slow-moving items so that wastage can be avoided.
• Receiving and inspecting all Incoming materials and reconciling with purchase orders and reporting to concerned department.
• Overseeing and exercising general control over all the tools and activities of the store.
• Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards in the warehouse.
• Keeping the warehouse clean, organized, and free from hazards.
• Ensuring storage of goods follow the first in first out (FIFO) method.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Responsible to receive, store and issue supplies and equipment for the day to day hotel operations.
• Responsible of receiving, storing, and issuing food, beverage, hotel, and cleaning products used by the food & beverage department.
• Cleanliness of all work areas, keeping storage and receiving areas clean and tidy at all times.
• Receiving and forwarding all goods and deliveries in and out of the hotel to the correct point of storage area.
• Following standards for issuing and receiving stock within the store's area of operation.
• Monitoring and taking inventory on regular basis to compile orders based on PAR levels.
• Maintaining clear and organized records to ensure all reports and invoices are filed and stored properly.
• Monitoring PAR stock levels for all food & beverage items to ensure proper stock levels.
• Responsible for storage of both food & beverage and operational stock.
• Responsible for the day-to-day check on the storage facilities for upkeep and hygiene.
• Extending all requisitions on a daily basis and updating the inventory management software/system.

• Skilled to operate common office equipment’s including automated stock management systems.
• Following food safety and handling policies and procedures across all food & beverage related stores.
• Responsible for the sanitation of all refrigerators and freezers, floors, food equipment, and drains in storage areas.
• Properly placing trash, empty cardboard, and pallets in storage areas.
• Notifying the manager of accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions.
