Installation & configuration of CCTVs.
 Assisting the supervisors/technicians to pull the fibre/CAT 6 for the different locations.
 Coordination of sub contractors for CCTV, ACS, Gate Barrier, AV systems for a hotel project.
 Guiding the team in case of design or installation related to CCTV, Wifi, etc.
 Coordinating with MEP team for the ACS/BGM interfacing or any power related issues.
 Following up the subcontractors for document submittals for the QCDD, MOI
 Giving proper instructions in case of installation, cable pulling, cable testing for Fibre cables, Structured cables.
 Basic Knowledge about networking-Data, Voice, Wifi
 Overall project coordination till handing over;Installation, T & C, Handing Over, Snag rectification/Maintenance.

*Pre-commissioning with the installation team to ensure Daikin standards are followed.
*Carrying out Testing & Commissioning for Daikin VRV systems
*Provide VRV related Solution to Customers/Clients.
*Manage the team and arrange Schedule date to day basis.
*Project hand over and end user Training, maintenance team training.
*Preparing and Submittal of T & C reports.
*Guiding team to attend system breakdowns.
*Preparing site reports based on causes and findings.
* Assisting Sales team to request or arrange spare parts as per requirements.
*Preparing Quotations for the T & C of the VRV systems.
*Commissioning of Bacnet/BMS systems connected to the VRV.

Interpreted drawings and blueprints to install, connect, troubleshoot and repair, test, and operate HVAC systems and related components.
 Reviews and interprets work order forms, operating instructions, diagrams, building plans and mechanical equipment drawings.
 Follow established safety practices and procedures.
 Assist and Supervise the foreman and technician teams for the installation of HVAC control panels and its cable terminations.
 Provide technical support to facilities and other site departments as Needed for troubleshooting, repair and process optimization.
 Assist/advise the foreman and team of technicians/electricians to check with the technical snag lists and coordinating with the respective QA/QC Teams.

Qatar Rail Metro(Red, Green, Gold)
•Assure that the installations of assigned ELV related systems (CCTV, ACS, PA, ECS,
LAN, ORS, PIS/PES, TDC, DSS, etc.) are in compliance with IFC drawings, required
specifications and standards.
•Preparation of Electrical procedures for installation test & commissioning.
•Reading electrical design specifications and technical drawings.
•Testing and Continuity checking of various Access Control Systems according to the
wiring diagrams.
•Familiarized with all the kinds of telecom devices used in all lines of Metro Rail.
•Preparation pre-qualification documents and technical submittals related to the
specifications.
•Produce high level and detailed design technical documentation, including CAD
drawing review and development.
•Inspect electrical and elv systems, equipments and components to identify the hazards,
defects and the need of adjustment or repair and to ensure with the compliance with codes.
