FCC ELECTROMECHANICAL LLC is Spanish company which is one of the leading contracting companies in the Riyadh Metro Rail Project that deals with supply, installation, and maintenance of MEP/HVAC systems in Riyadh Saudi Arabia.
Responsibilities were: Same as (ALMARIAH UNITED GROUP), Installation, and maintenance of MEP/HVAC systems like Air Cooled Chiller, Fire Pipe & Pump, AHU, FCU, Package Unit, Lift, Louvers, VRF, Big Exhaust Fan, Drainpipe UPVC And PVC Pipe, Dampers, Chilled water pipe, Copper Pipe and Diesel Tank.
ALMARIAH UNITED GROUP of company which is one of the leading contracting companies in the UAE deals with supply, installation and maintenance of MEP/HVAC systems in Abu-Dhabi UAE.
Responsibilities were
•Reporting to the Project Manager.
•Planning and scheduling maintenance PPM & CM work as per to the CAFM software.
•Making PO for Material Request & Internal Memo Using Pact Revenue software.
•Executing the maintenance work as per design, program charts & regulations.
•Ensuring all installation adheres to prescribed safety and engineering standards.
•Verifying all the submittal & its documents (project specs, compliance statements, warranty/COO/other certificates, technical date sheet, samples etc.) received from suppliers and third party.
•Scheduling pre-commissioning & commissioning monitor and ensure the executed work per to the good engineering practices.
•Preparing program of work, monitor & compare them according to the actual progress & planned activities on a daily/weekly basis.
•Performing maintenance & repair service work on HVAC mechanical plumbing & electrical systems in peak operational condition.
•Estimation & quantity takeoffs of HVAC / MEP components based on drawings, specification, and contract.
•Worked on 1000TR Water Cooled Chiller, 210TR Air Cooled Chiller, DX-Units, VRF/VRV systems, AHUs, FCUs, CHW Pumps, CHW pipes, Fans, Air distribution systems, Valves, Ventilation systems, pressurization unit etc. in terms of design, maintenance, installation, testing & commissioning in relevant to the ASHRAE guidelines. Fully conversant with Plumbing and Drainage systems such as - pumps, filtration, chlorination, calorifiers etc.
•Co-ordinate and supervise the site team throughout the maintenance and installation process. Planning of resources, materials, and tools for the site work.
•Supervising the works and progress of sub-contractors, Preparation of daily / weekly operations and project status reports.
•Coordinating with client/consultant/contractor and handling site issues, handling the workforce and drive the team to meet the planned progress.
•Making inquiries & orders for the materials as per the requirement on site in conjunction with drawings, specification and contract.
•Participating in project progress meetings to discuss the issues regarding design, finishes and approvals, etc.
•Managing a team of 64 people including Engineers, Supervisors and technicians, providing them all necessary information.
Responsibilities were

•Study, review, and evaluate preliminary and final plans, project specifications and drawings.
•Verifying all the submittal & its documents (project specs, compliance statements, warranty certificates, technical date sheet, samples etc.) received from suppliers & then submitting it to the consultant for approval.
•Working on project submittal comments received from consultant & following supplier everyday frequently to work on comments such as to revise their compliance statements, samples etc.
•Monitoring and controlling the quality of work in respect of relevant International and Local standards.
•Handling the workforce and drive the team to meet the planned progress.
•Preparation of weekly operations and project status reports, executing the site works as per regulations and codes.
•Inspecting the site installation quality as per approved method statement.
•Preparation of reports, inspection request, coordinating with client/consultant and handling site issues.
•Ensuring all installation adheres to prescribed safety and engineering standards.
•Implementing the approved drawings, procedures such as verifying the works with approved drawings, specifications & materials.
•Making orders for the materials as per the requirement on site in conjunction with drawings, specification and contract.
•Participate in project progress meetings to discuss the issues regarding design, finishes and approvals.
•Preparing Quotation, Evaluating BOQ and facilitate decision to quote. Quotation equivalence cost monitoring and control.
•Identifying any changes to the contract made & appraises project manager with possible variations and claims.
• Maintaining strict QC procedures- this necessitates regular testing of materials, visual inspection of work.
• Managing a site team of 50-60 skilled man power including Engineers, technicians and providing them all necessary information.
